I had made payment for a 6-month service for Airtel broadband and stopped using it after 3 months. Their customer care executive confirmed they will process a refund on Aug-11, asking I email an image of a cancelled cheque. After getting all the details, Airtel team became unresponsive on email or customer calls regarding this account.
