I have send a couple of mails to Airtel to shift my connection but i haven’t received any reply . Since shifting was not done i have taken a new connection and i have send emails to close my connection but for that also i haven’t received any reply mail back. Airtel store people are not helping me in this situation when visited HSR layout store that guy told me to send email which in did for that too no response.
I have been billed for the service which i am not using.
