Airtel team, called and they told that they have activated 1397 rs pack for my DTH connection and I told them ok. Later they activated for SD channels only not HD channels. The very next day I called the customer support and asked them to deactivate the package, they said ok. Till now it’s not done. I have been called them so many times and sent an email as well but no response till now. I want my money back and want to deactivate all the services I’m using from this Airtel network. Please do the needful. Thank you!
