I have raised first complaint in September regarding mobile internet not working properly.
On my 4G handset, I am getting a speed of 2G with interrupted.
This is my last request raised in Dec 2019 (SR#31-2838424549575). I have reached out Nodal officer as well but no resolution.
No, follow up from Airtel on this issue.
Their bill is regular and they are making sure that customer pays it regularly.
Expect they must do the same for their service. Ensuring that if customer paying bill regularly then provide quality service to the customer.
