Hi,
I am using airtel from past 8 years . My airtel number is 9901378790. From past 2 months i am not able to make or receive call from my home which is GM Infinite ,Ecity Town ,Electronic City Phase-1 ,Bangalore.I ahve to get out of my house and walk down to make or receive the calls. I have raised a complaint and which is never resolved(complaint no: 31-2843924699791). I tried ti raise complaint by calling 121 /198 and i am not able to talk to a customer service person as the option is not coming. Every month they are deducting my money with out I am making calls or using the internet. The range was okay before 2 months but from past 2 months no range to make or receive calls. In the covid out break i am doing work from home and when the power goes off i have no way to connect to internet using Airtel. I want to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and refund the money which i never used for calling or using internet for past months.
If they cannot resolve i am ready to move to other providers.
