I have filed multiple complaints on Airtel Thanks app and through customer care calls. Still I am facing the same issue. Most of the time when I am in 5G network area and my 5G data is active, still my 4G data gets consumed. After the 4G data is drained out, still I cannot get unlimited 5G in any area. This is pure Denial of Service by Airtel and fraud by taking the money from the recharge.
