I had ported to airtel around mid of July and since then I am facing network connectivity issues. I had raised a complaint on 17th July 2021 regarding a network issue and it was closed without my consent (I did not get a call back).
I called customer care and asked them why the ticket was closed so the dumb people asked me to raise another ticket (without even letting me know the reason for the closure of my 1st ticket). I raised another service request on 4th Aug 2021 regarding the same connectivity problems and it was supposed to be resolved on 19th Aug and today on 31st Aug it was again closed without my consent or without calling me. I reopened the request.
In between 4th Aug to 31st Aug I have called the so-called “Airtel Dedicated customer relationship management team” multiple times and I asked them to schedule a callback as I wanted to talk to a senior person regarding my issue. Every time these stupid employees of airtel told me that they will get back to me in 3hrs and to date, I have not received any callback. I have requested a call back multiple times and every time they make fake promises.
How the hell can they treat the customers in this manner, how can they lie to their customers?
I am very much pissed off with Airtel and I cannot port out as I have ported to airtel in the month of July.
I need a waiver as I am not able to make any calls as well as cannot use the internet. I won’t be paying my rental of rs 399 as the ticket is not resolved.
