Airtel not refunding or adding validity from existing date

Hello Sir/mam,

I am Muruganantham S AIRTEL user.
Actually the problem is I recharged a wrong number that is (9994427732) my dad number instead of my correct number (9597423233)from a third party application that is AMAZON of amount ₹2698/- (TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NIGHTY EIGHT RUPEES)This amount is very huge for me.
For my father number (9994427732) 24th July only I recharged 1 year pack.

So I request you Sir or mam to please reverse that recharge of ₹2698/-from that wrong number to the correct number.

My transaction id : 407-1190692-1028341

I tried by contacting Amazon customer service , they said that we can’t help you for this order..And I also tried to Airtel customer services they also said if you did recharge with Airtel payments app means we will refund amount… You did recharge with Amazon pay we will not refund money or extended validity.

So i am writing this mail …hoping that you will help me .

I request you Sir/mam to please help me and transfer that recharge to my correct numbers account.
