On 2nd august 2021 I have shifted my airtel broadband connection from Bangalore to Lucknow at the time of shifting they told me that my 1 year airtel broadband plan will continue in Lucknow only number will change. Then in September I got bill 999 so I called customer care but they didn’t have any idea then I shared the paid bill after that they told me they have refunded the amount via courier on my old address which I already left. Then I told them after that they told me that will refund my amount in bank they asked me to send cancellation check. After that I have shared cancellation check with them but I didn’t got my refund amount yet. They are not replying me. My airtel connection is with my husband name and contact number. Airtel keep sending me new bill without refunding the old
