I booked a broadband connection from Airtel and paid the fee for 6 months in advance on 3rd December 2022. Their engineer visited me in evening and after examining the junction box informed me that there’s no slot for a fresh connection. I immediately asked for a refund but the person who collected the money said he’ll talk to his team and inform me about the refund.
Its exactly been a week and I didn’t hear from him or Airtel. When I ask for my refund they simply say we’re talking to our team and shall update you with any development! I urge you to get my full amount refunded at the earliest.
