On 5th October 2019 i had a recharge of Rs269 on my number through airtel thanx app by using my debit card, but airtel charged Rs269 two times and i got the recharge only one time, when I complained about it in customer care they said that they will refund my amount in 7 days bu the didn’t refunded till now.
And i received a call of a scammer the next day of filing complain that he would refund my money if i follow his steps but i didn’t because i know that this is not a way to refun amount. I don’t know how the scammer got information about my complain.
