I have applied for airtel broadband service on 20th of March 2020. After taking the amount of Rs. 2828/- for installation no one from the company turned out to do the connection since then. When I inquired approx for 5-6 days they contacting to several people from airtel they said that connection could not be done and we have cancelled it so your money would be refunded. But since then today is 13th of April and I haven’t received my money back and they are not even responding to my queries. It is a mental torture and harassment and due to there this behavior I had to face several losses. They made false commitments for doing connection in 24 hours and after taking the money they didn’t even cared about to return it. Please take strict action against the company and I charge a penalty against the company for their behavior and negligence to the customer.
