I wanted to opt Airtel fiber net. But turns out we don’t have airtel fiber net around my area. I was told it will come in 2 weeks and i opted for 50MBPS plan temporarily for which i had to pay Rs 3533 . I heard from my neighbours that this was a standard tactic and our area does not have airtel fiber for months now. Hence i cancelled my 50MBPS plan for which i had already paid. I was told i will receive a refund in 5 days and it has been 3 months. But i haven’t received a refund. This is not appreciated as the amount is not small to me.
