I ended up paying thrice the March’21 bill payable in April due to the fault of payment platform which did not confirm successful transaction.
I realised in May’21 of having paid excess amount and then contacted Airtel for refund of the excess amount.
It’s been 3 months since then but Airtel has not refunded. It claims that refund has been made to me on 26June’21 but it is not received in my card a/c or my bank a/c.
I’ve shared statements for both a/cs to Airtel but it has not yet refunded the amount of Rs.1183.71.
