I have paid for Premium airtel broadband (upto 300MBPS) as the executive who collected the details promised internet speeds as mentioned in airtel website. I later found out from the person who installs the router that the maximum speed available in the area is just 40MBPS. This is highly unprofessional of the executive as he does not pick up calls after collecting the payment. No response from Customer service either through mail or calls or through App. Airtel has removed details of the subscription from my account and have not refunded the payment even though it has been over a week since the account details were removed. It has been half a month with absolutely no response.
