We took airtel internet services on 21st may 2023 and submitted the pre amount of 4000/- to them. The service was not as expected. So we raised the complaints for the same from the first day of service. They told the problem will resolve. We used to complaint everyday from the date of connection. We told them to refund our money. They told they will. But till date there is no refund from their side.
