Text of Complaint by Nitin Thigale:

Airtel  has promised that it is providing one year free subscription of amazon prime and 3 moths free subscription of net flux with the post paid plan of Rs 799. But when I am trying to claim it , I am not able to claim it. Hence I had contacted to 121 but they refused any support by stating that Rs 799 plan is now closed. Hence you need to change plan to claim the above benefits. But when I took the plan of Rs. 799, no time limit was specified for claiming the scheme. And my plan of Rs. Is still being used by me. Why should I change my plan when I’m already entitle for the benefits as per purchase and sales condition of plan. Non providing the promised benefits amounts to cheating.

Kindly provide benefits of my plan of Rs 799 to ensure the honouring selling promise.
