Text of Complaint by Vaishali Khode:

I ordered Airtel broadband on 10-10-2021. Airtel have received money but in my area there was no fixed line service so they have cancelled my order on 02-11-2021. Till now no Airtel representative have visited the site. My Airtel representatives name is Nilesh Shinde from Nashik. I have called 121 more about 20 to 30 times they told you will get your refund in 7 working days or they say you will get call in 4 hours from our senior team but today it’s 19 January 2022 till now I haven’t received any refund nor any call. Airtel service is so pathetic. I want my refund as soon as possible.
