As it was promised of seamless and proper connection, I had bought annual package.
Rs. 11328 (on 8th Feb)
But I got connection on 16th Feb (8 days)
As free call was there in the plan, I bought landphone worth Rs.1842
Instead of normal setup box, salesperson insisted me to buy “intenet TV box”
Rs. 4000
Now I am not having internet since 16th March,
(So, no free call, no intenet TV)
I missed several opportunities due to no internet which airtel cant get me back!!
I had enough loss due to late payment since no intenet!!
It was mental torture to send mail, everytime. (I dont have any airtel sim I was not able to call 121)
And the reply mail was copy paste of same thing!!
“Will get back to you shorty” and literally no action.
Moreover there is no dedicated person to resolve this, why do I have to explain the problem to so many people!!

have clearly told that, Airtel can not provide the connection and he is informing to higher authorities.
“Dear Airtel customer service, please plan about how can you refund the losses I had, and what all you can compensate. “
I asked them to send me detailed billing adjustment in tweeter several times, there was very bad response.
