I made a payment on 28november for my airtel broadband services (7039682941) telephone number: 01204553395.
And the first complaint I raised was on 1st Dec as the payment was not posted.
After that day I have raised 5 complaints as the airtel team keeps getting the complaint resolved without giving me a resolution.
I call each day and I get the same response that the complain is raised and there is nothing that they can do.
Now even if I call and I speak to someone, customer representative disconnects my call and doesn’t let me speak to supervisor.
on top of it I have started to get calls from collections team that I haven’t paid my bill and the broadband will be barred.
this is so unacceptable
