Sir/Madam,

I am an Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number User. I was interested to activate International Roaming Pack on my Airtel Prepaid Number. However, on calling Airtel Customer Service and Airtel Store I am advised to buy a new Airtel SIM (new number) or shift to post paid plan (from my present prepaid plan) to obtain international roaming service on my Airtel number. Although Airtel is campaigning one nation one number still Airtel is providing differential service to different Airtel users and Not Offering International Roaming Uniformly for All Airtel Prepaid Numbers.

Please resolute the issue at the earliest.
