My father’s airtel number is 9535263019. We are airtel customers since a long time. The diaplay of phone shows invalid sim kit which is a nuisance every time.
When we approached airtel service provider in tiptur of tumkur district he asked aadhar card to issue duplicate sim card.but the date of birth of your data base isnt matching in aadhar card.
he asked us to get voter id.next time we got voter id,aadhar card,pan card and driving license also.date of birth in documents is correct but airtel company people have done a wrong entry.they said its not possible to give duplicate sim card.when contacted customer care it was vain.
The problem lies with your company and i want your company to change date of birth and get me a duplicate sim card.
If not I will state this as a reason and port to another company.i request you to address the issue quickly before we port
