I requested for Airtel broadband connection on 24th April. On 25th April, an executive came for document verification and payment. I was told the connection will be installed within 24 hours. But after I made the payment, the executive stopped taking my calls. It’s been more than 3 days. Whenever I call customer care, they tell me it will done within 24 hours. But nothing happens.
