i have taken new airtel black connection with fiber and dth in this plan they have to provide ott rewards for me but they are not providing i called customer support for the past 4 days no response from them if i raise ticket they will automaticallly close my ticket in support then what is the use of customer support. before joining they said they will provide after joining no response from i feel betrayed from airtel
