Dear Sir/Madam,
My name Is Srinivas. I’m using airtel network since Approximately 4 month, & I’m paying money without knowing before getting Good or Bad service. Because of fraud Assurance. They are telling (In Customer Support SMS) we will pic up your call within 160 Seconds & we are happy to help you. But I trying call since last week, but I couldn’t call him, because the reason is THAT IVR Also fake As Like Airtel fraud Service. In the Mean wile If it is not possible to handle customer then why they are giving offering to people, Example you will get 2 month free call & Internet. After 2 month we have to recharge, After 2 month they are Decide how much we pay… So witch means if it is not possible to Handle customer problem, so then They don’t Accept or Don’t to do any Porting service & Selling new SIM Card to new or old customer. So finely I just Want to say The Airtel unfit in Customer Service & Cheating PEOPLE… So please Stop the Airtel Service or airtel Fraud Assurance. Thanking you
