Airtel not fixing faulty landline. After following up with airtel customer care 3 times a day, still airtel is not attempting to resolve the issue. The line got disconnected on 20-may-2022 due to fault in optical cable. Due to this the broadband is also affected and we working from home is unable to work. Upon contacting customer care airtel mentions that the issue is escalated to higher level and shall be resolved within 24 hours. its 4th day and till now airtel haven’t done anything from their end.
