Hello,
I am a user of airtel broadband form the past 5 years.
My location is – Bhopal Madhya Pradesh & Area is Shahpura bavaidya kalan.
From past 1 year, I am facing continuous issues with broadband connectivity every time i complain they visit my home check few things and it net connection works for a day or two and again it starts giving issues.
I have registered complain in airtel multiple times but the issue is unsolved.
I called airtel team leads Mr. Ravindra & Area manager Mr. Praveen but they are unable to help and even suggesting to discontinue airtel connection.
I pay around 999/ Month and close to 12000 per Year still not getting proper service.
