my dth account number 3009290819..i placed a request for upgrade of set-top box after deliberations person attended said yes I can upgrade and processed my request later I received a message of confirmation..afterwards second person called me and told that I can’t upgrade as this is not available in my city my question is if this is not available in my city why the hell you processed my request I’m a customer for last 10years..
