I lodge complaint regarding internet and call dropping as on 30 Nov 2019. Which are still open. End of dec. 2019 internet and calls was stuck very badly.
As par advice of customer service representative i bought and replace new mobiles new sim but problem remain same. I told them i will not pay the rent but they want rent and penalty.
As i told them resolve my problem and give me the proper service then i will pay to you. But they don’t do anything for my. Complaint.finaly they lodge again 3rd complant.
