I have given multiple calls for my broadband disconnection from November 2021 yet they have not taken action yet. Lately, I have spoken with the supervisor on 8th Jan 2022 again and he agreed to proceed further with the disconnection request but to date, there was no action taken. Today I called again to check the status, I was shocked to hear that the disconnection request is not in the system.
