Hi, I bought Airtel platinum postpaid Platinum membership 2 days back to get free Amazon prime membership (advertised by Airtel to come free with this plan, see the attached screenshot) but Airtel is now denying to give the same stating that I had been given this 2 years back. This was never mentioned in their ad nor in any shared terms and conditions that
a) they will not offer this free membership to customers who are joining them back again after 2 years.
b) this membership is offered free once in a lifetime
This is neither ethical nor justified to advertise one thing and deliver something else. Kindly take appropriate action to ensure such unfair practice should not be repeated by companies against customer rights.
