Text of Complaint by KALPANA PAL:

I had applied for porting my number from Airtel to BSNL for personal reasons on 14.08.2020 and received portal number through UPC which I submitted to BSNL service provider instantly. But after 5 days still the Airtel is not releasing my number so that I can get the connection from BSNL. I am an Octogenarian senior citizen & My number is 9007178811 and I urgently need the connection from BSNL immediately. Please HELP.
