I have paid for 3 months in advance.
I NEED REFUND FOR REMAINING 2 MONTHS of October and November.Its only 15 days since I took this new connection but 5 days already Internet is down. I call everyday, spend hours on the phone and they give ETA of 24 hours and I loose my salary for 1 day, my son misses his school, mom misses her meetings and wife too misses her office work from home. Its Airtel who is not able to give me service so they have no right to deny refund. I took connection in good faith. Its you who failed to deliver proper service. Hence I don’t need to suffer anymore. I cannot stay offline every second day. Each time you promise that it will be resolved but same happens every now and then. Also I waste entire day waiting for your engineer to come. Even today the ETA given is 6.30 pm but my office hours will already end by then so my entire day went today.
SO PLEASE CANCEL MY CONNECTION FOR remaining 2 months and refund full amount. Its not that I am purposely cancelling but its you who is failing to deliver services. Don’t need to hear that you will resolve this please wait etc. I hear that everyday and loose my entire 1 day pay. What is the use even if you now repair the connection. The day is already gone now and it’s happening very regularly. I am switching off my router and stopping to use it from now. . You can collect it whenever you want.

Refund me ASAP Rs 1971.90

I had refund request opened on 13758760 and I was told to wait 15 days and the request was closed, then they opened new request 18057826 on 4th october and asked me to wait till 20th and refund never came and now they opened new SR today138842630 and now asking me to wait for refund till 7th November and again i am sure refund will not come and request will be closed before giving me the reason.
What do i do to get a refund? I cannot keep opening new requests every 15 days and get nothing. Why is SR getting closed everytime and why are you asking me to wait everytime?
