Text of Complaint by Saurav Basu:

Hi,

My name is Saurav Basu, and my Airtel Number is  8861727153. I have been facing issues with network service for the past 3 weeks. Ever since the first week of February, I am not having any network on my airtel sim, even though I have 2 cell towers near my house. Also, when I mentioned this to the airtel customer care, they told me to go replace the sim, which I did. it has been a week since then, for 1 day, I still had network on my airtel sim, but once I restarted my phone, I am not getting any network. The airtel Store tells me to contact customer care, whereas customer care does not have sufficient information to tell me what is going on. I am not able to use any payment related service as the number is registered with me banks and payment apps.
