I wish to inform you that I made below 3 transaction 01st Oct,2021 on same day.
Rs. 10/- Date. 01.10.2021

Rs. 535/- Date. 01.10.2021
against above 2 transactions vide serial 1 and 2 payments got credited in my wallet whereas 3 transaction vide above serial No. 3 payment for Rs. 535 was not credited nor refunded till date by airtel. I was told by customer care executive to obtain RR Number and Transaction ID Number from Bank.
In this connection I visited to Indian Bank and met Bank Manager where I was told there is no RR Number. Whereas I can give references. Accordingly I got below 3 reference number from Bank. I made request to Airtel and inform them to go through the following details and refund my money.

Airtel has been asking me to provide RR number and without RR Number they are not attending my call. Your help is requested in this regard to get my money back.
