I have sim card(post paid) family plan and 4 numbers alinged to it. My mother has a Nokia phone and she doesn’t know how to dial or use the phone. This month I have received a bill from Airtel for 2250. When asked I was informed that my mind ther has dialled a number which one no. 5924102 with name #FunZone. Airtel has the data that my mother number doesn’t even have proper numbers dialled as she is hardly aware how to use the phone ,and even after requesting to check wrt the bill of anything could be done Airtel refused to help. Customer care replied that this no.can not be deleted and we unable to help as VALID charge.
It’s mention here that this is happening since last but we did not noticed. Many customers are getting charged and not everyone knows about it.Hence, requesting your support in this regard.
