I have raised concerns since 3 months, no updates or feedback such a waste services available in app, always sas collecting info, will raise compliant then gets closed no ticket or update after that.
If try calling customer care , tickets will opne but gets closed by itself,
Later there will no history of tickets
Better to switch to other network
