My airtel number is 9010874234 and i recharge regularly. Suddenly this month April 2020 after recharge it says no signal and emergency calls only. I am unable to make calls and online transaction as i am not getting one time password. I want to file case against airtel to give compensation for giving me troubles.

I am using Airtel Sim(prepaid connection) card for lot of years and it is my mobile number 9527960104. It was no network till 30.4.2020
wef 30.04.2020 and till date I am deprived of using your mobile services for out going calls (whereas there is no network for incoming calls on my mobile.) inspire of having recharge on 02/04/2020 of Rs 599.28np.
On 30.4.20, I no visited your outlet in locked down but 121 refused to help me as they were not operating for another 03 days or so.
On 30.04.2020 I no visited another of your outlet locked down but 121 no response costumer care told me that my phone is a stopped working. But even after replacing the sim I am not been able to dial any outward call from my mobile to any number whatsoever.
So many times I dialled your complaint Locked down 121 but did not find any option for my problem nor there was any option to talk to customer care executive. Today online I have tried to trace to make official online complaint but I was not able to locate any of your site to help consumer to make complaint. Accidentally I found this FEEDBACK option to convey you my grievances.
I am a very old Ailing Senior Citizen (undergone two heart operations) request you to help me solve my problem immediately so that I could dial and connect outgoing calls in emergency to my Doctor, family and friends.
