Recharged my airtel no to activate my international pack Rs 799 two days prior, but again it is showing inactive & asking for recharge again. This has become a regular practice as every month it is like I need to do thousands of follow ups but no resolution. The customer care exes(NET) have harassed a lot name- Aarush Srivastav, Unpreet Kaur, Garima Chawla. I am using airtel since 2012, nowadays it is consistently giving stress instead of good services. The team is so inefficient to do their job & the application is very poor. Never thought being a giant telecom service provider Airtel can do such frauds.
