I had converted my 3G airtel sim 9677251040 to 4G on 13th Oct 2018.
My incoming calls service stopped as I had not recharged my sim.
On 29th Dec 2018, I tried recharging my sim for INR 169 plan through MyAirtel app at around 11:06 am.
The payment mode was Paytm. 169 got deducted, but the transaction history in Myairtel app shows nothing.
Paytm customer service professional told me that airtel has not provided the service even after deducting the money. The transaction towards Bharti Airtel Limited with Order ID: 181229449740 was successful. The PAYTM wallet transcation ID is 22160790454.
I tried contacting the Airtel customer care multiple times. They were rude and said airtel cannot help as the transaction history shows nothing.
I have attached the messages from airtel and payment completion screenshot.
