Hi There,
My no. Was not working from 8 April 2022 to 15 June while on roaming . I would reversal of the charges made to the bill charges made to me for the month of April, May and June.
The phone is still not working after so many mails, I am in Australia and this is causing me so much problem.
I am really frustrated with the customer care , third class service and continuous harassment caused to me .
I have to make payment to Fortis hospital at mOhali for my parents but due to this I am harassed and not able to pay for the bills .
I would like compensation if this harassment caused to me ?
I expect some accountability from Airtel , this happening for second time.
