Hello Airtel Team,
I have called multiple times to Airtel support on 198 asking for disconnect/deactivate the service on SIm 9148025552 and customer care executive closed tickets without any action. I have been promised that i will receive the call from airtel service disconnection team but did not receive any call and i had to call them again and again.First call was logged in Jan 2019 after clearing all the bills and i was promised Service will be disconnected but i received a bill from airtel again so i called them back and SIM was not disconnected.I called on 19th March 2019 and 24th Marh 2019 and i spoke to shambavi claims to be Manager and she did not help anything and she was did not even know how to speak to customer. such a pathetic customer service and manager i have seen. I need disconnection to happen ASAP and i am not going to any a single rupee to airtel out of my Bill 722.75 rs as it was generated because of Airtel supports/executives mistake and careless attitude.
I need a call back ASAP on my mobile or alternative number 8105730001 to discuss further.
