Im from kerala, ernakulam district. We have no network from yesterday evening.unable to call and use the internet. I checked with my neighborhood and they are also experiencing the same problem. This issue happens 2nd time. i called and complaint the customer care 2nd time. Now they are told me to change my sim card. But all airtel users facing this issue and no problem in other areas.but still still they keep asking to change my sim card. Register a complaint through airtel thanks app is a disaster. i think i should change to some other network.
