I am Airtel customer from almost a 13 Years, suddenly company has changed its policy and has curtailed lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical & unlawful, I had purchased an Airtel sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Airtel should be punished for this cheating and our lifetime validity must be restored. TRAI Should take a step against them there service in poor in almost every part of india as I’m residing in delhi (ncr) area in the heart of our country but even not getting a 3G service from them and they are giving Television ad’s of 4G.
