Text of Complaint by Hensman:

I had applied for a new broad band connection, submitted the document and payment completed successfully on 29th Sep 2020 and received the eCAF number. as per executive they will send their engineer next day for installation, Once the payment processed, last four days there was no response except got a SMS that we are upgrading the connection in your area and to wait for 72hrs, later that when i call and text executive there is no replay neither call nor text response from that executive. 05/10/2020 after more then 50 calls with continues redial, got the executive in line and final reply was service not available in our location. How Airtel is collecting the payment without checking their service availability in location; Only executive is so hurry to collect documents and receive payment; after receive payment no response. now as per executive they need the ecaf number once again to recheck the service availability; if no luck. They said it will be refunded. no idea wheather am going to get the executive once again back on line. how many days it is going to take, how much time am going to waste calling this executive. And i cannot go for next carrier without getting their final reply.
