I had requested a new fixnet fiberXtreme 100mbps Airtel broadband connection for 3months@2828 and received the same on date 14th june 2020. I have lodged a complaint soon after the connection been activated that i am not recieving the promised speed. Even after multiple complaints and trial for resolutions from their end, i have received a feedback saying my devices are not compatible to their connection, which was not informed to at the time of payment or connection or activation, despite my multiple questions at that time.
I am not satisfied by either the new connection provide to me or the service which i am going through. I request you to deactivate my connection at the earliest and refund my payment made, as this is only the solution i van think of now at thsi moment.
