Hi Team,
My airtel number doesn’t have a network now. It got disappeared once I recharged for more than 200 INR (02 different recharges). Once it got recharged successf, the network is vanished since then. Currently I am abroad and I need active connection to complete my both financial and non financial transactions which are mostly based on OTPs. Upon requesting the same through Twitter, the team tried to assist me for 2-3 mins, but then the Airtel Customer care is not interested to look I to my issue. I had been bugged for past few days due to this issue. Please help.
