Hi Team , This is Shanmathy. I am currently residing in Swami Sivananda Salai , Rasipuram (P.o) , Namakkal (Dt). I am currently using Airtel my wifi dongle for the past 1 year (from the time when work from home started) and airtel sim in my mobile from past few years. Now a days airtel network is too slow even in morning and frequently network is getting disconnected and we need to turn off the dongle and turn on to re-connect , only then network works fine in may laptop. This is so hectic as we are not able to attend meetings or take calls properly from laptop as net gets disconnected frequently and i need to reconnect during meetings and calls.
Kindly help us in resolving the issue at the earliest else we think to switch over to other networks if this is not getting resolved anymore.
