Dear Team
I have took New SIM contact no is 9970812120 in October 2019 from airtel gallery of same number ie. first to was 3G SIM then they gave me 4G and told me to take 3 months postpaid plan after that they were going to convert the post paid plan in to prepaid plan but since they haven’t done it nor they are responding properly. Now it’s lockdown going on so I can’t also Visit the gallery and the bill is also increasing and I am not using so much calling and internet data also then why should I pay the bill? Now my outgoing is also closed. Please make my number into prepaid, I am having lot of problems. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
