Dear Team
I have complained many times about network related issues. My point is they could not able to provide the service what they have promised there’s no point in charging the amount. Am using the postpaid service and paying 770 rupees per month, if I delay for one they will charges late then how much should I charged if they don’t provide me the service. Am writing like this bcoz I have complained many times but no proper response. Moreover I could see the Adds about their 4G network speed. How can they do like this when they have compromised in providing service. Moreover am staying in Hyderabad (madhapur ) which is heart of the city.
I want you to take a necessary action against them.
